77 Carat Architects is seeking an Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of experience and strong design sensibilities and production skillsets.

At 77 Carat Architects, you will work with project teams to design and prepare plans and 3D models for construction and/or alteration of buildings.

​

Primary responsibilities for this position will include:

​

- Participate in development of the design for project from Conceptual Design to Construction Documents

- Working with team for production of all deliverables required for project

- Day to day project production and interaction with consultants

- Internal coordination with team members in regards to tasks and deliverables

The successful candidate must excel at functioning in a fast-paced environment, be able work on multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

2. Minimum 3 years of experience with larger scale/commercial multi-functional projects (Vilnius or Dubai preferred)

3. Must possess strong design and technical skills and abilities

4. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills

5. Excels in Rhino (preferred), Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite

6. Knowledge of Lithuania or UAE building codes and zoning regulations is preferred

7. Must be authorized to work in the Lithuania or UAE
